She communicated consistently that our priorities were what drove the whole process. She was forthright and I felt like I would always get an honest answer to my questions. We never agreed to that previously, and it seemed unusual, since our understanding had always been that Sellers paid the commissions, and when both the seller's agent and buyer's agent were from Long, we shouldn't have been asked to agree to pay an extra $199. Long should change that, since they're not really the agent representing the buyers.

I found her to be very energetic and personable. I felt that she did a great job setting up inspections, getting reduced quotes from contractors, and representing me when bargaining final sells price. She even continued to look after my interests after a final deal was agreed upon. She learned of an issue raised by a neighbor, that involved removing shrubs that were causing damage to the wall between the 2 properties. She got the owners to remove the shrubs and also give me an additional $500 credit to have the wall repaired and painted. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in the Saddlebrook area.

We feel that she was a great advocator for us and ensured all those things that happen when buying a home went smoothly and seamlessly. We will definitely recommend her and Long Realty. Gwen Mussleman was a pleasure to work with as well. She minimized the back and forth with the financing and was clear and concise with our numbers. We have had the most enjoyable experience during an extremely stressful time.
